• How to share store link with customers ?
  1. Log in to your store and then click on “My Store”
  2. Copy Store link and share it with your customers
     • Link will be something like www.pikreview.com/store/
• Do my customers need to login to place an order?
  • We want to make the store super simple to use hence no login is required for the customers
• How to check manage orders and communications with my customers
  • Log in to your store and then click on “Manage Order”
    • Link will be something like www.pikreview.com/orders/manageOrder/
  • How to take orders and send updates
    • In “Manage Orders” you will see a list of Orders with their statues
      1. PENDING_CONFIRMATION: New Orders which you have to accept
      2. PENDING_PAYMENT: Orders for which payment is pending from the customer
      3. SHIPPING: Order which is out for shipping
      4. SHIPPED: Order which has been delivered
      5. CANCELLED: Order which has been cancelled
    • Click on the Status Button to update the status
    • Click on “Send Update” to send the updated status to your customer via WhatsApp
• How can I add/remove products from my store?
  • Log in to your store and then click on “Edit Products”
  • On the “Edit Products” page you should be able to edit, disable or enable the products
